This fee of $20 is for anyone who wants to do an exchange.
With the fee you will get a return label to return the item(s) you want to exchange. Then once we get the return we will sent out the other size you want with the fee you just payed.
In your cart it will say $10. But once you put your address in at checkout. It will automatic give you the shipping fee cost of an additional $10 plus tax.
